Animated Overlay

This is a new image overlay that can be used to display bitstrip animations as part of a SysStats config. A bitstrip is a single PNG file that contains individual frames of the animation arranged in a horizontal strip. Bitstrip is the format that all anmated icons for ObjectDock are in so any of the existing animated icons can be used.

The animated overlay can also be used to display single frame (i.e. static) images.

It is configured in exactly the same way as the standard image overlay.
